Neck Airbag System

Hit-Air Neck Airbag System Information

Hit-Air Neck Airbag System:

This product has great merit for your open cockpit circle boat racers. If you have questions, I'd like the opportunity to further discuss any questions about this product.

Please be reminded that the Hit-Air Neck Airbag System is legal in the following drag and circle racing organizations: NJBA, ADBA, SCSC, APBA (American Power Boat Association).

Here are some important facts:

1.) Hit-Air spent a lot of money on testing their device at high speed. I can provide their  data analysis upon request.  I am happy to put you in touch with my contact in Japan and have the testing data sent to you.  Next, Dr. Terry Trammell, Safety Director for Indy Car Series/Head Surgeon for Indianapolis 500/Indycar Series and consultant to APBA  did extensive testing at the request of Bob Wartinger, Head of Safety for APBA and the UIM (Union of International Motonautique - the worlds largest sanctioning body for power boat racing) and approved the device for APBA/UIM.

2.) The NAS is designed to basically put the neck into "C-Spine" which is exactly what the paramedics/first responders do upon arrival to a crash site.  This product, as indicated was designed to prevent movement and not limit or obstruct the airway of the driver.

3.) The device works with the neck turned in any direction.

4.) The Co2 does not deflate until the rescue/first responder/paramedic/Dr. opens the valve to release the pressure.  Unlike the airbag in your car, this does NOT deflate until some opens the valve to do so.  This is done specifically to keep the driver's neck immobile until deemed ok to remove the NAS by a medical professional.

5.) The Hit-Air Neck Airbag System is reusable and repacks in minutes after inflation.

6.) Since 2017, the product has reported zero fatalities in boat racing accidents with speeds from 60 mph to 150 mph.  We have some great testimonials that I'm happy to share with you upon request.  Many racers credit the Hit-Air Neck Airbag System with saving their lives.

I believe this device will continue to save lives of boat racers which is my only motivation as preventing future fatalities which will keep all boat racing alive and not subject to negative stigmas and price increases that will make it cost prohibitive to race due to increased insurance premiums.

Questions, please call me anytime to discuss anything regarding the Hit-Air Neck Airbag System.

Sincerely,

Ross Wallach
